1. General provisions
Amicon processes and protects the personal data of all users (hereinafter, “Users”) who access Amicon, whether registered or not, as well as those who contact Amicon using the phone number or email address indicated on Amicon. Relationships related to the processing of personal data are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. By providing personal data to Amicon, you agree to its processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject), including surname, first name, patronymic, year, month, date and place of birth, address, and other information; Operator means a public authority, municipal body, legal entity or natural person that organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and that determines the purposes and content of such processing; Processing of personal data means any action (operation) performed on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, dissemination (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, and destruction of personal data; “Cookies” means a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser forwards to the web server in an HTTP request each time the user tries to open a page of the relevant site. “IP address” means the unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses Amicon. Amicon is the operator with respect to personal data accumulated by Amicon in the course of its operation.
3. Processing of personal data
Personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy, which the User provides by visiting Amicon and by filling in forms on Amicon, includes the following: IP address, information from cookies, browser information, access time, referrer (address of the previous page), surname, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, email address, and other information specified in the User’s profile or in the Project chat, both as text and as images. The User’s personal data is processed without a time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without automation tools. Amicon processes personal data in order to provide the User with the functionality provided by Amicon for organizing and managing information posted by Users on Amicon, in particular so that the User can sign in and use Amicon, create Projects, work on Projects, receive notifications and mailings, leave information in their profile as text and as images, pay for Amicon’s services, and perform other actions provided by Amicon’s functionality. For example, cookies do not contain the user’s name, phone number, or other personal data that could be used to identify the user. You can disable the use of cookies when using Amicon by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by disabling cookie acceptance in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may make it impossible to access parts of the Amicon site that require authorization. Personal data is also processed when you contact Amicon using the phone number or email address indicated on the Amicon website. The User has the right to obtain information concerning the processing of their personal data, unless that right is restricted under federal law. The User may request clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if the data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or no longer necessary for the stated purpose of processing. To do so, send a request to: hello@amicon.ai Amicon blocks or destroys the User’s personal data upon a request from the User or their legal representative, or from an authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects for the duration of a review, if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.
4. Consent to the processing of personal data
Amicon processes personal data with the User’s consent. The User gives consent to the processing of personal data when registering on Amicon, and also each time they take actions related to using Amicon’s features. The User’s use of Amicon constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data. Consent to the processing of personal data is valid for one year from the date the User’s profile is removed from Amicon, or for one year from the date the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data. If the site visitor is not registered on Amicon, consent to the processing of personal data is valid until the purpose of processing personal data is achieved.
5. Disclosure to third parties
Amicon may disclose personal data or engage third parties to process it if this is necessary to implement Amicon’s functionality. For example, to accounting and analytics systems such as Yandex.Metrica to use their functionality. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies of state power of the Russian Federation on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Data posted on Amicon
Amicon does not disseminate the User’s personal data. Amicon processes personal data in order to provide the User with the functionality provided by Amicon for organizing and managing information posted by Users on Amicon, so that the User can use Amicon and pursue the objectives of Projects created on Amicon. Amicon does not verify, monitor, or assume responsibility for the accuracy of information posted by the User. The User bears full responsibility for the content of information posted on Amicon, for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including laws on advertising, copyright and related rights, trademarks and service marks, without limitation to the above, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials. Amicon does not monitor and assumes no responsibility for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on Amicon. Amicon is not liable to the User for any loss or damage suffered by the User as a result of deletion, failure, or inability to save any content or other communications data contained on or transmitted through Amicon.
7. Storage of personal data
Amicon takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unlawful actions by third parties. The site stores data in accordance with the data processing periods required to achieve the purposes of processing. Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. To protect personal data: - access to personal data is granted only to Amicon employees who truly need it to perform their duties; - legal, organizational, and technical measures are applied to ensure the security of personal data. When taking measures to protect personal data, Amicon relies on: - requirements of the legislation; - the established level of protection of personal data.
8. Termination of processing of personal data
We may update this Amicon ceases processing personal data within the time limits established by law: - when the purposes of processing have been achieved; - when processing is no longer necessary; - upon expiry of consent or withdrawal of consent (if there are no other grounds for processing provided by law). 9. Deleting a profile on Amicon

10. Additional provisions
Amicon may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on Amicon, unless the new version provides otherwise. The User must read the current version of the offer posted on Amicon. Registration on Amicon, payment for Amicon’s services, or other actions by a registered User that confirm the User’s intention to use the services provided by Amicon’s functionality constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the current Privacy Policy.
